Training
We offer all new clients training, either at your home location with your own data or at regularly scheduled classes offered monthly at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, Texas. All new customers who sign up for a regularly scheduled training class can re-train at any time within 12 months at no additional cost. Our training classes provide a more rapid conversion and better understanding of your new system.

Help
Our customer support system fully integrates, for the first time in the industry, a full range of help options: phone-in, fax-in, user manual support and supplemental help through Internet-based services.
