Authorization for Expenditures
An AFE can be established for charges that are related to property charges, or they can be stand-alone. The system can keep track of original and supplemental budgets within an AFE.
  • An AFE can be associate with a property or by itself
  • Original and supplemental budget are kept separately
  • User defined types of AFEs
  • Reporting can be done by AFE type, groups of AFEs, or for a single AFE
  • User defined AFE report formats
  • Reporting can be done at 8/8ths or your companies net interest
  • Reporting can be done in detail or summary by types of charges
  • AFE budgets can be copied from one AFE to another
  • AFEs are as current as the last entry made to the general ledger
