The product codes are user defined within the system. At the time of posting the production revenue, the system will look at the division of interest and split the revenue between working and royalty ownership interest. This allows the user the most flexibility in inquiry and reporting of the production revenue. 26 user-defined product codes Capability of tracking 8/8ths revenue on non-operated properties 4 types of suspense: Legal, Minimum, Annual, and Temporary (negative amounts) Minimum suspense limits can be set at the corporate or individual owner level On-line inquiry or reporting of suspense at the owner or property level On-line displaying of production information (volumes or dollars) by property, by product Revenue can be disbursed by itself, or can be netted against the owner's outstanding accounts receivable Netting can be done by selected owners and for selected properties Owners can be flagged as exempt from severance tax or other deductions in the revenue divisions of interest User defined deductions from gross revenue Ability to void revenue checks and put into suspense to be paid later without having to reenter the information Backup withholding at the state or federal level Can have up to 99 different divisions of interest, per product code, per property Revenue can be reported by either general ledger date or production date Inquiry Screens: Revenue Analysis This screen allows you to look at sales at the property level by product code, 8/8ths vs. your company's share, by production or general ledger date, and working vs. royalty share.       Best viewed at 1024x768 Revenue Check History This screen allows the user to look at the detail that has been distributed to an owner in total, by check number, or by property. Revenue Suspense Revenue suspense can be inquired into by owner, by property, by type of suspense, open or paid.
