Introducing our three versions of Petroware2000 to meet your companies’ specific needs:

Petroware2000-Personal
Petroware2000 features have been streamlined to include only those needed by smaller, single users: general ledger, revenue distribution, accounts payable, and joint interest billing. The Personal edition still contains the full financial and property reporting systems unique to the Petroware2000 product. The Personal edition is limited one user, on company, and less than 50 wells.

Like Petroware 2000, the Personal product is a Native Windows Application with the speed, power and flexibility necessary in today’s oil and gas accounting environment. Advanced design tools ensure ease of use and navigation throughout the system. The software is platform independent and scaleable. Should the need for more capabilities arise, Petroware 2000 Personal can be easily upgraded to the Professional edition.

Petroware2000-Professional
Petroware2000-Professional includes most modules of the Petroware system and is designed for small to medium size companies with medium field operations and less than 75 users.
This version includes financial reporting, general ledger, revenue distribution, accounts payable, joint billing. Optional modules are available for an extra charge and include authorization for expenditure, payroll, land, production systems, and CDEX/Oildex interface. The Professional Edition is unlimited to number of entities and properties/wells.

Petroware2000-Enterprise
Petroware2000-Enterprise includes all modules of the Petroware system. This version is tailored for companies with in excess of 75 users, with multiple companies, and thousands of properties. This system is designed for medium to larger companies with large field operations, land records and heavy accounting transaction processing.

Platform Compatibility
Petroware2000 runs great on any Microsoft Platform. In fact, Petroware2000 runs on all major operating systems and hardware types including, Windows95, Windows98, Windows XP, Windows2000 and other Microsoft-based operating systems.

Petroware2000 utilizes the incredible speed, power, flexibility and infinite expandability of IBM’s DB2 Database environment to insure reliability, extended product longevity and substantially faster processing speeds.

Petroware2000 maximizes usability and maneuverability between screens, systems, clients and reports using advanced tool designs implemented throughout the application. All commands within Petroware2000 are available by hot-keys, mouse clicks, drop down menus, and tab and enter keystrokes. Developed for Novice and Power User’s, Petroware2000 is easy to use. For the first time in the industry, Petroware2000 includes Icon Navigation, Field Sensitive Help and Application Tutorials. Petroware2000 fully integrates multiple support streams like Phone-in, FAX-in, User Manual support with supplemental Internet help through Petroware On- Line (with Maintenance Support).

All new customers who sign up for a regularly scheduled training class can re-train at any time within 12 months at no additional cost. • The Alphanumeric look-up windows available in all data entry fields, makes use and training very user-friendly. All master files have new incremental and multiple sort lookups.

• Advanced Financials with the ability to see operator net in financials on all posted items regardless of the JB/RD process status! With or without beginning balances, across fiscal years and for specific ranges of accounts! We also provide Custom Financials with multi period capabilities; options to include/not include beginning balances, accounts with zero balances and reports “period change”. Quarterly, monthly and annual reporting for any period: current and up to 3 years past! All financials can be emailed!
• Ultimate entry speed due to keystroke entry, mouse entry abilities or combination of the two. Windows won’t slow your input down! We’ve kept the keystroke ability so you can decide how you want to do your data input.

• Revenue check entry and view is still all on one screen per check and accessible at any time. Division of interest is auto calculated based on DOI active date and the production date. Unlimited number of DOI files per well/lease. Ability to reprint any revenue check at any time!
• Advance administrative features that copy master files from Company to Company (COA, Vendors, Properties, Owners, Division of Interest Decks, etc.) at company start-up or anytime through Merge option with a menu selection! Inter-company transfer of transactions stops repetitive input between entities and Owner reallocation will keep your input flexible. Great for partnerships!
• New Reporting System: Reports that can be sent via e-mail or exported to any Microsoft application (Access, Excel, etc.), and a variety of other software. Reports show detail behind a summary amount (drill down); a multitude of printing options that include optional zero account balance exclusion, summary format or detail format.
• Hierarchical Fields: Five user-defined hierarchical fields and Four hard-coded hierarchical fields (Engineer, Geologist, Operator & Pumper) at the property level providing greater property sorting and reporting than ever before. Ability to run P&L by ANY level and also by 8/8’s, NIR, Single Owner’s share plus many more!
• Division of Interest files, visible in entirety, can auto calculate Net Revenue Interest, have a Acquisition Hierarchy at the division order level by investor, allowing for record keeping of multiple acquisitions for that investor per well/lease, cost basis accounting by multiple ownerships of the same type within the same well. Compare acquisition profit/loss to reserves report at ANY level.
• Advanced Tax calculations that automatically create AP Invoices to any taxing Authority. Advanced generated calculations that automatically create AP Invoices for Marketing, Transportation and other Revenue Deductions with unlimited capabilities.
• General Ledger Detail Inquiry ability to view a transaction in its entirety on screen with print option. Both print and view enable the user to review posted transactions with the billing and GL post dates.
