How are we going to receive updates to Petroware2000? Avatar's Petroware2000 provides a "One Click" update system which allows maintenance customers to receive the latest version of the software with a single click of a mouse button. This feature will allow immediate distribution of new versions.
Do I have to complete monthly cycles before beginning a new month accounting cycle? No. Transaction dates post to GL in the calendar month. In fact, month end process is optional for some users.
What size company will the Petroware2000 system support? There is no limit. Petroware2000 supports single and multi user set-ups with no limit on the number of operated / non operated properties. Many of our clients are also royalty owners tracking proper Revenue Distributions.
Does Petroware2000 do Revenue Accruals? Yes, and it also auto retrieves those accruals.
Can I export financials and other reports to Excel? Yes, and to other Microsoft applications, as well. Also, you can e-mail reports with the click of a button.
Does Joint Interest Billing net from Revenue? Yes. There are a number of different methods within Petroware2000 to do this so that users can use the method that suits their needs best.
Is Petroware2000 a Native Windows Application? Yes. Petroware2000 was developed from the beginning as a 32 bit Windows Program using Windows style interfaces and protocols unlike many oil & gas products that run from a DOS shell.
