Avatar Systems, Inc has taken the fear and guesswork out of new company set-up and creation of master files. Owner, Vendor, Property, Division of Interest (DOI), Chart of Accounts (COA) are entered with the fastest speed in the industry! Each master file and input screen features the alphanumeric look-up windows exclusive to the Petroware2000 products. Each of these windows has new incremental and multiple sort capabilities. NO MORE LISTS! Everything you need to find any owner, vendor, property, etc. is right at your fingertips on ANY input screen!

User look-up windows (alphanumeric and sort-able) available in all data entry fields, making Petroware2000 the most user-friendly accounting software available.
Owner screens with multiple unique options, billing group, revenue group and customizable JIB per owner with detail message lines at three levels.
Vendor screens with insurance verification, maintains all General Liability, Auto and WC insurance records for latest vendor information and history.
Property screens with multiple hierarchical levels (five user-defined and four hard-coded) that can be changed at will and still pull all data captured from the database records.
DOI screens with ability to view all owners on single screen, ability to duplicate DOI and re-calculate the NRI from working interest percentages. Acquisition coding for multiple cost basis reporting.
All Accounts, Vendors, Owners, Properties, Wells, etc. are available in an incremental and sort-able look-up. This process is accessible through multiple means including function keys and menu commands and can be client defined or re-organized without stopping the data process/input.
