Authorization for Expenditures
AFE module has everything necessary for
the creation of AFEs, Cash Calls and Reporting of Budget
to Actuals for verification reporting. Petroware2000’s
AFE system allows for Budget and “Turn Key” billing
and reporting. The AP screen inter-connects with any AFE
created on a well for easy view and selection. Optional selection,
via the owner screen, for an investor to be updated on current
AFE balances with JIB printing.
- Unlimited AFEs per well.
- Cut off date possibilities, or open
ended.
- Unlimited division of interest decks
per AFE. (ie; interest changes from BCP to ACP)
- Prepares cash call invoices.
- Reports AFE detail with actual to budget
comparisons by well or by investor share.
- Duplication feature copies AFE budget
to create new AFE.
- Records and reports AFE charges/payments
by investors.
- AFE can be used alone or in conjunction
with Joint Interest Billing.
