Property Reporting
Petroware2000's property reporting
includes the leading edge technology design for easy selection
and screen pull of data. Fuller report range of property
reporting, with user-defined Hierarchical levels,
exclusive to the Petroware line of products. Roll-up reports
to all wells on a lease (Lease Level), down
to the individual well (Well Level) and
clients can select to print all owners into the report (8/8's) or
a single owner (owner) by all the owner's
interest or by ANY type of interest (OR, RI or WI)!

IBM DB2 database results in a variety of
property reports given in any date structure desired, ie:
transaction date, production date, input date, JIB/Revenue
date, etc. Further example: Transaction date for the Accountants
to see the property reporting based on general ledger cycle,
Production date for the Engineers to see the service costs
and revenue earned for the same month regardless of the input
date. The result, finally all departments get the reports
in the manner they need to get moving on projects!

basis analysis for multiple interests acquired by an owner
over the life of a well? Petroware'"s acquisition coding
takes all the guess work out of running ALL or any additional
acquired interest without special coding or additional owner
set-up! That's only one of the ten new Hierarchical levels

the JIB or Revenue is Printed!
- Live property balances for all charges
and revenue for control of current period costs.
- Multiple level reporting with user-defined
parameters in custom Hierarchical levels and most levels
can be changed at will and still pull ALL historical data!
- Ability to email reports to field representative
to show all current or past charges to property. Email
the Vendor list to engineer for scheduling current insured
listing.
- Property Cost Statement listing all
billable expenses for any period, 8/8's or by owner with
the well status check and DOI Status check prior to JIB
run.
- Ability to correct property entries
prior to JIB for cleaner billings.
- Property reports and JIBs with multi-line
wrap detail. (Like a mini drilling or workover report!)
- Reports can be pulled for All, by Lease,
by well and by any owner's share!
