This is Accounts Payable (AP) Data Entry Screen. All of the features shown on this screen are visible on all main working screens.
The Upper Menu Bar
The Upper Menu Bar is consistent with the standard Windows applications. This means that if you know how to operate any of the Windows Office applications, you're learning curve will be greatly reduced. Which means that you'll be productively using the program sooner and more effectively.
The Look Out Bar
Positioned on the left side of the User Interface, the Look Out Bar allows users to quickly and easily access different modules of the application. Since there are several ways to access these modules, a user may wish to remove the Look Out Bar from the screen to free up more screen space. Users can do this by right clicking on the Look Out Bar and selecting Hide.
The Form Function Bar
Standard functions are available on the Form Function Bar. Quickly and easily add a new record, open an existing record, save records, delete records and print records with one touch ease.
The Data Entry Area.
The main working section of any screen is the Data Entry Area. Note that many of the field headings are Blue. This indicates a searchable field index. Because data retrieval can be done in several ways, users can choose the way that best fits their work flow. This means that you'll never again be required to memorize a coding system. This streamlines workflow and speeds training of new employees. Petroware2000 was designed to be as flexible as users need it to be. That makes it easier and more useful through all levels of implementation.
