Budgeting
Budgeting can be done for G&A or property related charges. The reporting is all user- defined.
- Budget are maintained by fiscal or calendar year
- Budgets can be copied from one year to the next
- Budgeted amounts can be on a monthly or annual basis
- 12 month budget report printed in detail or in summary
- Budget vs. Actual report can be printed in detail, summary by summary group, or general ledger account number. It can also be run by either 8/8ths or your company's net share. Variances can be either in dollars or percentage.
