The system provides an extensive array of data elements and multiple sorting capabilities. It automatically generates
a host of reports, including lease data sheets, management reports, delay rental checks, and related accounting entries. It cross-references key data and
maintains lease data.
Contractual Obligations Subsystem
Clients are using the Contractual Obligation Subsystem to track contracts and key contractual provisions, as well
as to monitor specific date obligations. The system's inquiry and reporting capabilities deliver data by contract number, state, status, type and/or
obligation dates. It also generates a summary sheet for each contract, including references to applicable leases.
