Not all of these screens are required, but all the information entered will print on the lease data sheet if it is entered. Only the first 3 screens are required by the system. The lease is identified by a 7 digit number that is used when posting to the Avatar Accounting System, an 18 digit lease reference number used within the Land Management System, and a 30 character name field. A lease can be looked up in the system by using any of these 3 identifying fields. When payments are generated in the Land Management System, the general ledger is automatically updated in the Accounting System and the 1099 module.
