Partnership Accounting
Accounting is done not only at the property level, but can also be reported at the individual partner or partnership level. At the time of doing revenue and expense distribution, the system can keep detail down to the individual or a group of partners (partnership). Inquiry and reporting can be done at either of these levels.

This inquiry allows the user to look in detail at the expenses and revenue that was distributed to a partner. You can inquire by general ledger account, by property, by fiscal year.
