Our payroll system has sophisticated features to allocate payroll costs to a very detailed level. It also integrates with our Accounting package allowing users to tie payroll data to their accounting information. The Avatar Payroll System allocates payroll costs that are often unrecognized to the appropriate department. These expenses include FICA taxes, workers' compensation taxes, Medicare, and unemployment. Managers can track where all of their payroll dollars are allocated. To meet federal regulatory requirements, the system offers a magnetic media filing capability for W-2 forms and 1099s. It generates a wide range of specialized state and federal tax reports.
