Property Report Writers
The Avatar 400 property report writers are completely user defined. The report will print the property numbers and names down the left side of the page and the user defines what is printed in the columns going across the page. The report can have up to 15 columns of information that is either extracted from the general ledger, or is a calculated amount using the information that is extracted from the general ledger. The system allows up to 999 separate report formats per corporation.
  • Up to 15 columns of user defined information
  • Prints one line per property, with optional hierarchial roll-up features
  • Will produce a report, a file for downloading to your PC, or both.
  • Can be printed by General Ledger or Occurrence (Production) Date
  • Revenue amounts can be printed in dollars, volumes, or both

User Defined Formats

The screen below is where the user sets up the report formats.

Printing Property Reports

The user has the option of printing the property report by different date ranges, by general ledger or occurrence date, and to produce a report, create a file to download to your PC, or both.

If the user chooses, each column on the report can be a different date range. In the case where the report is formatted to have the same information in each column, the date can be different for each column therefore creating a trend report. Columns that are defined as calculation columns do not have the option of changing the date since they are calculations of other columns on the report.

The next screen allows the user to choose only the properties that meet certain criteria on the report. As an example: if you only want to see the properties where column 15 is greater than 100, you would use the following screen as indicated. If you leave this screen blank, all properties will print on the report.
