The Integra Drilling Company Solution provides drilling and work-over rig companies with an integrated suite of software components to manage the accounting and reporting needs of their organization. Integra is a configurable software system designed to meet the needs of small independent drilling companies as well as enterprise-class organizations. Integra’s scaleable database architecture is offered in four editions that can meet the needs of one to hundreds of concurrent users with local and remote site processing.

The integrated nature of the Integra solution components allows our clients to configure a software solution to meet their individual needs and to enhance their solution as needs change. Efficient data entry allowing user sensitive screen configurations supports rapid entry of accounting transaction data. Integra provides integrated rig payroll support and efficient entry of payroll information with rig and drilling well allocation of payroll and burden costs. Flexible employee pay rate management by task and automatic overtime computation and allocation to drilling wells is included. Rig expense allocations are included to allocate monthly rig costs to each well based on rig days or based on drilled wells direct costs as a basis. Invoicing/Accounts Receivable

The Integra Invoicing and Accounts Receivable application provides for the management and control of 3rd Party Invoicing and Accounts Receivable functions. The system provides for the entering and posting of customer orders and invoices, payments and/or adjustments and integrates to the Integra Inventory Management, Integra Drilling Wellcost and Integra General Ledger applications. Inventory maintained in the inventory system may be invoiced and the system will make required inventory level adjustments. Invoices are printed and ultimately posted to create accounts receivable entries for customer receivable tracking and reporting. Integration with Integra General Ledger provides complete financial reporting of invoicing, inventory and receivable activity.

The Accounts Receivable function provides open item invoice tracking via an internal customer open invoice database. Aged accounts receivable reporting of open invoices and summary by customer can be produced as well as past due invoice reports. The system will print customer statements in open item format. Accounts Receivable provides transaction entry and editing and "At Entry" allocation of payment monies before posting to the customer open item receivables.

Integra's Drilling Wellcost application integration allows Drilling Companies a comprehensive method of billing for drilling services with per day detail activity presentation and automated booking of Wellcost Income on a well by well (job by job) basis.

The Invoicing functions support both Inventory "Parts" and Customer "Services" invoicing with service date coding per line item, standard and custom pricing, unit quantities in various units of measure, extensive descriptions and comments and inventory cost of goods accounting. User definable service codes are available with descriptions that describe the good or service being invoiced. Multiple printed invoice formats provide flexible item presentation and support multiple lines of description. Sales tax calculations and accruals are made based via the defined tax rates maintained by your staff. The system provides reporting of invoicing activity and sales by customer and sales person. Invoicing activity reporting provides for management analysis of costs, sales and profitability via analysis reports that allow flexible selection criteria including by invoice and delivery date time periods.

Integra Invoicing and Accounts Receivable integrate with other Integra applications to provide a robust 3rd Party Billing and Accounts Receivable management capability. Comprehensive audit trails are included as well as a sophisticated password security feature to protect your records from unauthorized access.

Payroll

The Integra Payroll system provides comprehensive payroll processing, reporting and employee records data management. The system provides for entering and posting of time records, salary amounts, deductions and allowances and interfaces to Integra General Ledger for recording of payroll expenses and burdens. Multiple pay frequencies are allowed including weekly, bi-weekly, semimonthly and monthly. One check per employee, per state will be produced for all earning transactions per pay period.

Integra Payroll's database maintains tables for State and Federal deductions and wage ceilings. Worker's compensation tables are maintained to identify the amount of Worker's compensation deduction per state. A department table allows different employee earning and deduction transactions to be transferred to the General Ledger according to the department or cost center desired. Departmental coding provides an additional reporting level for various reports produced by the system.

Integra Payroll allows the user to enter standard earning amounts to facilitate automatically creating standard payroll transactions. Detail paycheck history is maintained for each employee allowing flexible reporting options for all earnings and deductions detail information. Employee earning amounts are maintained for 941/943 reporting and W-2 reporting at year-end. The system supports unlimited number or deductions and allowances and has integrated support for Cafeteria and 401k plans. Optional electronic payment capabilities are supported by our industry standard Direct Deposit interface.

Integra Payroll allows transaction entry by batch and provides editing and validation of entries before posting and subsequent payroll processing. The Integra Payroll system functions as an integrated module within the Integra application suite or you may run the system in stand-alone environment. Comprehensive audit trails are included as well as a sophisticated password security feature to protect your records from unauthorized access. Payroll processing can be performed for all states by adding the pertinent information to the State Master tables. Numerous state-specific Income Tax Withholding formulas and rate tables are already incorporated into the system. Additional state withholding formulas can be implemented as needed.
